African or European?

I have a feeling you won't lose much money Ryan. All kidding aside though, people in here are lucky to have someone like Mike around. Great trader, knows this stuff inside & out, and is willing to help all the time. And explains in a very clear ...

Very nice Ryan. So are you trailing this puppy? What's the plan for TP?

On my feed it didn't close within the previous bar. On FxPro it's not a pin bar at all (for those that use it) That aside, there's a recent downtrend and the bar before it is a huge BEB. Personally, I wouldn't touch this one. If one was to play ...

It said it under his username. Something like "temporarily suspended" But now it doesnt say anything, so I don't know what's up.

Great post from Mike. Spittin some truth at ya. And I love this line by Mat. Great analogy imo. And to be honest, I would also like to see Bob come back. I'm all for different views on things. As long as we keep things civil. Take care guys. ...

This is it. Good post Mark! I feel the same way. The important part is starting with Dailies.

Don't jump the gun Jim. It might be a trap.

That's a nice chart Josh. Interesting to see that stuff. Many times people overlook the fact that consecutive losses are a reality and you need to be prepared for them from a MM perspective and psychologically too. Tom

Ryan makes a good point. Although there are a lot of newer traders in this thread looking to learn and get better so not as much real time trade posts with R:R plans etc. Here's one I like. EURAU - BUOB at swing low, MACD divergence off a PPZ. Risk ...

Coming from you that's a big compliment. Some good stuff being said here by Ryan and Mark. Just to add some personal history here, early in my trading career when I was still fairly new to the game and getting consistent with my trading. I had a ...

That's an important point, especially for newer traders. Some people lose the game before they even start playing. They lose by either setting unrealistic goals, or getting too disappointed/discouraged when they hear some truth coming their way ...

That sucks Jon. I will painfully admit I've been there more than a couple of times. It will happen from time to time so I wouldn't kick anymore things. On to the next trade. One thing you (and others) may want to consider is a SL moving EA if ...

That's a dual vacation right there. I almost shipped off the wife to NY but it didn't work out.

Yeah, Mike will do that sometimes. It's creepy... And the GBPCHF among a few others, are looking like some good breakout trades are coming soon. I'm also keeping an eye on EUGBP as it's been winding up this week and ending as an I4B today. USCHF ...

Personally, and I know others do this as well, I stick to the TF my setup was on. I don't look at other timeframes (especially lower TFs) to affect my current trade. I believe it's better to not mix n match timeframes . Tom

Hey Frank, The problems I see is the resistance you mentioned and the trend. When I see a trend like that (especially the last few bars) there's no way in hell I'm going against it with a 1H pin. Going against the trend is difficult as it is, but to ...
