Between the end of June 2022 and the end of September 2022, payroll employment increased by 0.4% (+103,200 jobs), nearly the same as in the first two quarters of 2022: +0.4% in Q1 (that is +95,800 jobs) and +0.3% in Q2 (that is +90,500 jobs). In total, payroll employment exceeded sharply its Q3 2021 level (+1.6% that is +430,800 jobs) and its pre-sanitary crisis level, at the end of 2019 (+3.6%, that is +931,100 jobs).
