Working natural gas in storage across the United States amounted to 3,097 billion cubic feet (Bcf) in the week ending June 21, according to a report released by the Energy Information Administration (EIA) on Thursday. The total storage thus increased by 52 Bcf compared to the previous week. In comparison to the same period a year earlier, gas stocks rose by 314 billion cubic feet and were 528 billion cubic feet above the five-year average of 2,569 billion cubic feet.
