The number of unemployed at the end of May 2013, according to data from the records of the Public Employment Service, has dropped by 98,265 persons in relation to the previous month. In relative terms the reduction is 1.97%. In May of 2012 the decline was from 30,113 people over the previous month. With this decline, the number of registered unemployed stood at 4,890,928 and it is the largest decline in registered unemployment in May.
