If you’ve been following along, you will recall our Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland and others talking about how excited they were to update the pre-Amazon NAFTA for the Internet age. I commend you if you have managed to figure out what that means, because the 21st century doesn’t come up very often in the coverage of the talks.
