Indeed. Sometimes (read "very big engulfing") the R:R is not worth the trade. Taking all signals blindly is too risky. Personally, I'm still using it as a good indicator, but with many corrections to filter out the bad ones.

image Here's my take on it. You might get lucky on some LTF retracements, but I see it as a very risky countertrade. I'd wait for a strong signal of reversal, at least on the H4.

Sorry Elios, I don't like that trade at all. The DZ is at 1.045 area. You'd have waited for the price to come back to that area before buying. If using the H1 tf, the BUY is in the 1.051 area. Hope I am wrong tho' Cheers.

Any trade with the Yen looks good. Just pick one and SELL: aud/jpy, cad/jpy, nzd/jpy, usd/jpy.
