I think MFFX tried to use my creditcard details at “24 Hour Fitness”. The card was frozen so the payment was declined. I suspect MFFX because I only used that card once, at MFFX in may 2023.

I think he means a 1% move. For example, EURUSD is 1.20000. 1% of 1.20000 is 0.012. 1.20000 + 0.012 = 1.2120. A 1% move on EURUSD is in this case 120 pips.
