LMAX is not an ECN broker. It is an MTF. They use their client base to match buyers with sellers and subsequently match trades off.

I agree. MT4 was built for dealing desk brokers such as FXCM. Why else would they decide to roll it out prior to coming up with a solution that prevents quotes from being rejected? Perhaps, FXCM is happy just the way it is..
