So something like this? V = Volume(M1) / ( High - Low ) or V[n] = Volume(M1)[n] / ( High[n] - Low[n] ) for each bar through the entire chart or how ever many bars are to be displayed.

What you are asking for there is a shift from price based TPOs to Volume based TPOs. That is not cumulative volume as I understand it. I would have to look closer at those indicators to see what I could do to change over. I can tell you right now, ...

I am sorry, I don't want to get into a discussion about Wyckoff methods, other than to say that all of this VSA and other types of volume trading stem from Wyckoff. I have studied for many years and could not just put it down in a few quick posts.

My trades since 8:30 GMT. I do not trade the open, because I do not like the action. I normally just trade a pure Wyckoff method, but I am rapidly liking this addition and am looking at charts again after all this time. LOL

I do not know. The reason I put 50 is because of the concept that you have to look back through history 50 bars or so. This is why I made it an adjustable input, so you could experiment with it.
