The gold long was a trade that I could have taken. i didn't take it, but looking at it with hindsight, I *could* have taken it. Seems very different from the other trades. What was your thinking behind it?

U should go and try and back test your strategy in US Oil. That is a hard trending market. Gold is a treacherous market for aggressive trend following strategies, mostly cos Gold aint trending.

Yep. Congrats on the trade. Not one I would have touched, but 'He Who Dares' n all that. I focus on Supply & Demand Zones (keys areas where in the past supply has equalled demand, and price has been repelled away from) and look to take continuation ...

Why have you decided to placed your SL where you have placed it? To my eyes, your SL is right in a soft looking Supply & Demand Zone that is likely to be tested. Doesn't mean that it will be tested before your target is hit and it doesn't mean that ...

EURUSD Intraday Long & EURUSD Intraday Short idea: image If the short fires first, then scrap the long. Have a 0.5 position size lined up for the short, and just a 0.25 position size lined up for the long.

Those sorts of trade parameters might make sense if Gold was was trending hard, where it is expected that each anchor pivot will hold and each Wyckoff check will repel price. But look to the left. It's all Whipsaw and your trade location is slap ...

I definitely wouldn't say that... What is your emotional response to missing a good trade entry by a single tick? Anguish, pain? Are you still looking at the market 100% objectively or is an emotional need to capture the carrot the market dangled ...

You are wrong. I have heard it time and time again, from successful traders who attempted day trading, failed, but found success on higher timeframes that it was not possible to make money day trading.......but all this really means is that low time ...
