Price behaviour on Feb 3 (last cut) was similar but not as quick - took upwards of 12 hours to get back to price before the cut.

Correct re monthly charts. Curious about insights as to if there is something specific to May that might influence this but accept that as you deal in lower timeframes that will look elsewhere. Thanks!

The one where you said USD weakness to start the week and strengthening on Wednesday? I saw that but wasn't expecting it to this extreme. Is FOMC meeting your expected turning point?

I suspect PA is King's main issue with Iumoren's statement was the timeframe - predicting that it would reach 79c that day - which can not come true. Maybe he came across as a hater for being a bit overzealous instead of letting some of Iumoren's ...

I'd suggest also that the RBA governor is on record (probably not for the first time) telling the politicians that they need to fix this mess not him! Alas, with current state of politics (neither party has enough power in both houses) that probably ...

If you are certain that USD bullish trend has hit its max than Reflexivity in the USD thread should be interesting reading for you. Agree that Greece is a central topic and concern is likely to drive USD up, at least in short term. I don't discount ...

No shame from where I'm sitting, I loved the 80 odd pip spike, only wish I'd been awake for it as it's 1:45am here and I was asleep and missed the top of it. Had some limits on my positions though so still smiling. Still holding my lowest long at ...

I thought you'd also said that trend was broken when there was higher high & higher low on daily charts - which has occurred hasn't it? I'm not saying I thought it was an up trend but simply ranging market where I've had some success short and long.

Generally stop losses are subject to slippage (which there would be a heap in this circumstance) and you pay extra for guaranteed stop losses (although not all brokers offer them. Normally it's not much extra for a guaranteed stop loss but on CHF ...
