Yjey did go bankrupt in 1933 and have been in what is called a state of reorganization since. Every municpailty and govt is a corporation, ther're all listed on dun and bradstreet, But it doesn't matter if they're all in the same boat.

Problem with that is the spread is already six and movement is quick, trying to pick highs is tough as much as I reaally could use a nice run like many others.

Looks like this should be a buy, breaking through upper lines, 4hr turned up and broken into buy one on bollinger, clearly through the clouds on Ichimoku and all lines broken to the upside
