@Indrek.. Thanks, so it turned out be nothing worth the attention at the end. Although it did moved the euro usd pair high for a few minutes. But guess it will follow the downtrend again.

Any chances of Euro going down to 1.40 soon.? Currently its shoot up to 1.42 because of this news.
