Trader Wrestles Lehman Estate Over Big Bonus
When Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. abruptly filed for bankruptcy in September 2008, many stunned employees walked away with little more than boxes filled with desktop knickknacks. A little-known bond trader, Jonathan Hoffman, took something else: an IOU for $83 million in unpaid bonuses. More than six years later, Mr. Hoffman is still trying to collect.
