Not VSA, but looking at WK EU, IMO it may kiss 1.33 For GU it may be 1.577

If I'm not mistaken I see that you misplaced the red lines (bar->vol). They're pointing on the wrong volume bars. One bar shift.

Don't have VPS Linux, but local Linux workstation with Wine installed and MT4 works fine with the exception of limit orders.
Anyone here successfully run MetaTrader 4 under Linux VPS?
