Dislikedfrom my personal experience that sounds about accurate, other traders here might have different stories to tellIgnored
Dislikedif are good enough and you been consistent enough and they trust you with the max trading lines you are looking at
105k profit after you meet their 2-3%, their premise is that their clients expect bigger returns since it's implied that the risk is bigger 2-3% would be satisfactory but you wont make shit from it. so 10% if you can achieve it, monthly you are making 105k risk free, i hardly call that a rip offIgnored
DislikedDon't the top funds in US make max 20 percent per year and call that a wild success? Talking about year over year consistency, exception 2007 and 2008.
Not sure I heard of one doing 10% a month?Ignored
Dislikedexactly why i did not take the job lol
i work in the medical field and i see patients day and night sometimes, i have to be in the office every once in a while.... so it was way too much pressure.
i rather trade my own account..............honestly i myself have targets of 3% a month, so i would be incredible pressure, and the numbers would be a lot larger than what i am used to.
so i decided to trade my account and grow that.Ignored
Dislikedi would have had to devote myself entirely to trading as i would not feel comfortable leaving positions unattended when i get a call from a hospital that requires me to see a patient in the middle of my trading night, i get interrupted by facilities, board and care, hospitals on my on call nights.
i would have diedIgnored
Dislikedbtw are you guys setting up R:R long trades on EC upcoming week or waiting until it drops a bit?Ignored

Dislikedi dont know because i cannot predict the future
i have been profiting from long positions so far, but i am not sure how much fuel this move has so i'll trade it as i see itIgnored
Dislikedwhy would SNB want to devalue the EURO if anything they would like to prop it up, a devalued Euro means CHF takes bullish pressure, and exports fall, the reason for the floor as i understand it was the overvaluation of the CHF.
bringing the EURO down doesnt sound like a good idea neither for the BOJ the FED nor the SNBIgnored
Dislikedyou might be right, i however do not know the reliability of the rumors i mean they have to be careful with that policy, they need to sterilize and be aware of inflationary pressures, you cannot take interventions lightly.
that is a lot of money they are throwing against the market, like the BOJIgnored
DislikedNoI actually don't trade it much, but you gotta hand it to the swiss for how they handled it. There truely is a form of art/science called "market intervention" that they perfected here lol, BOJ obviously has different tactics and it shows on the chart.
But I think even with the manipulation the trend shows bull now on daily so why not set something on on supports as we generally are counter traders aren't we? Counter to the immediate trend which is bearish ofcourse on smaller timeframes.Ignored
Dislikedcmon are you kidding me? It's in our gene's as a retailer! HAHAH well I do visit the useless thread you guys got going on there and most of you are usually trying to pick bottom/tops on reactions based on either G's numbers or some fibs/confluence/trendlines against the immediate trend for resumption of the bigger trend.
In general the hopium of trying to get a 20:1 reward:risk trade trumps a 1:1 trade with higher chance of success everytime. Hard to let go of that, and maybe is something needed to overcome on a regular basis to get over the...Ignored
