For some time have been wondering how many lots it might take to break a barrier like we see today at around 1.2956. Does anyone have an idea what is the volume actually pouring in and out of the market? In a day like yesterday and today I can't help but keep thinking that there is actually pretty limited amount of capital in the market with nonsensical moves upwards being fulled by market makers buying their own positions. The volumes are o.k. but do not correspond with the price action and accumulation/distribution. That makes me think that those volumes are purely artificial with the market spinning on neutral. That might not take too much to make a break.
Did you guys try to place great many orders at the same time (all of us here that are looking in the same direction) and see what happens? With aggressive sl not too loose too much in case of fail it might worth giving it a try. I am trading 2 lots, which I consider a quite small position. 100 traders should be able to put together several hundred lost easy. That should be enough in a breaking point.
