Almost anyone can form a company in the UK. It costs £13. It is one of the less well-regulated aspects of the UK. The company address is for a business that provides correspondence addresses for businesses and directors who want to obfuscate where they work from. The 'director' has no history of other businesses in the UK. I doubt any UK bank would give them a bank account. The money you pay...Ignored
