DislikedAlso because it has greater probability of closing them as a group and being done, if it closes them all one by one at 10 pips, some may never actually make it to 10 pips and will have big DD when the trend takes off again. It is safer to close them all at once.Ignored

ARE YOU AFRAID TO TEST IT ???Ignored
Dislikedyeah,
i have ask a critical question that can't answer by the author.
i want to make improvement here if the author have a good manner to share his SIMPLE EA.
if the author himselft don't want to share, i will not share anything in this thread again. it's my right too.
maybe this is my last post.Ignored
DislikedFor the record,
akukaya EA works to his rules in the first post.
It is simple and if you can modify Ea's I'm sure you can read those simple rules, make it and modify as you please.
suwuming's EA does not follow the rules, that is the problem, sure it enters trades but for some reason it doesn't close them as soon as 10 pips profit is hit, I don't know why, there are no errors it must be just the way it is done. It took me 10 minutes to put in on chart and see that, easy.
Here is the proof,
They enter identical,
suwuming's Ea has up to 20 pips...Ignored
DislikedHi all
Here is the EA tester for this challenge.
Have a look at 28/10-29/10, this strong trend will blow up any accounts.
Any comments are welcome.
Cheers,

DislikedHi,
I need to clarify 1 issue about stoploss.
During the strong trend, there is no way that the drawdown order can stop loss it automatically until -1000 pips right? UNLESS if the other orders is in the profits and the total profit back to positive, all the orders should be close.
Am I right on the above? For this reason, I suggest that we can trade in multiple pairs like g/y, e/u, usd/chf, etc. So this will making the account much stabilize. This is a less risk if we would only trade single pair.
For example g/u make a very bad data today...Ignored
DislikedLets say you have 4 trades in, and they all make 10 pips profit. Does the EA
close the trade on the spot or waits when the next candle comes?
Also which EA do you use the Sterling Challenge V1.0.mq4 or the
Sterling Challenge rsi.ex4
ThanksIgnored
DislikedI never tried the EA (though I follow the thread for the challenge purpose), so I'll try to answer you:
Akukaya's EA closes the trades at the moment target is reached (don't wait for candle closure);
But I think you're wrong when you say "4 trades at 10 pips profit" - my understanding is that, as soon as the overall sum of the open trades reachs 10 pips, it will close all trades.
Forgive me if I'm wrong, just trying to help.Ignored
DislikedThe EA I AM USING IT WAITS FOR THE NEXT CANDLE TO OPEN THEN CLOSES THE TRADE BECAUSE IT HAS 10 PIPS PROFIT. IS THAT RIGHT
IT DOES NOT CLOSE WHEN YOU GET THE 10 PIPS RIGHT A WAYIgnored
