I always loved parabolic SAR and I believe it is really powerful. but because it always reverses it's not a good idea to trade any signal given.
My idea is to find the trend and then wait for a sar signal in the direction.
the idea:
For short smoothed moving average of 21,50,200 should line up. for long it is the reversed.
enter in the close of the signal candle.
- Suggested time-frame: 3m
3m is really good. not as fast as 1m and not slow as 5m.
- Suggested pair/instrument: US30
Dow jones index is something that really trends and is a good choice. trade it in NY session of course. DO NOT trade gold with this. gold is more complex to be traded like this

This is where I really want to improve it. I use tp=50 points(1$ = 1 point us30), sl = 25 points. but using ATR seems good. maybe someone should give it a try.
R:R of 2 is really useful here otherwise I doubt if it can works...
