I have attached a chart and hope it becomes more clear.
3 out of 4 lights need to be the same color of H1f,s;H4f,s as well as H4 and H1 both have to be same color.
Until MA's cross to the other side, I only take trades into the direction of the Ma's.
As you can see there were 4 valid signals (marked with arrow and 4 vertical lines) the 3rd signal was not valid, as it was against the trend (ergo no vertical line). However it still delivered 45 pips.
Price must close on other side of the cloud and can not close in no-mans-land - no valid signal otherwise.
As you can see within 24 hours there were 4 signals with a total profit of about 150 pips (conservatively - I would certainly have taken profit earlier than 100 pips on the first trade).
As for S/R I go to a naked daily chart, scrunch it up and draw S/R lines as well as fib (clusters). (Going naked means just candles, no indicators as they may obstruct the candles and candle patterns.
That's all there is to it, let me hear your thoughts.
btw. instead of entering based on the MA's the way I do it, it seems to be even more profitable to use the coral and only enter shorts below it and longs above it (gives you earlier entries compared to my MA strategy)
