Disliked{quote} There is a tool on MT4 called Trendline by Angle and you can set any angle you wish from a point on the chart. If you change timeframes or scale, the T line will move but the angle still remains at what you set it. Don't really see the benefit of such a tool on MT4 but it is there.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Here is the tool Trend Line by Angle at 45deg: {image} What will happen when the price range on the chart changes? {image}The angle relative to the horizontal X axis will stay the same, but the chart is nohow adequate to the trendline.Ignored

DislikedHi, I'm looking for an indicator with a button that will allow me to refresh the page as if I were clicking on the template name. Page refresh indicators cannot refresh the page, just like when you click on the template name. Have any of you encountered such a solution? Please let me know where I can look for it or under what name. Thank you very muchIgnored
Disliked{quote} That's impossible unless you want to record every tick. MT4 does not record tick data, we only have OHLCV data, and your condition #2. requires to know what happened inside the historical candle. Plus, you describe the whole idea wrong. "i" in coding an indicator is normally the current candle, and in your idea "i" is already a historical candle.Ignored

Disliked{quote} Hi Thank you for pointing out. Actually i am not a coder. I just gave you the reference i+1 and i . I do not know we call <i> as current bar. I just labeled the bar. It can be assumed Bar A= i+1, Bar B=i. yes. as you said you can assume i bar i defined as historically completed. No. I do not think that condition 2 is impossible. If condition 2 is possible then 3 & 4 also possible. If condition is impossible then 3& 4 also not possible. But I think it is possible to code to record every tick data. I remember Alain(the coder) did this type...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Mi dispiace, ma non credo che nessuno possa aiutarti. Almeno non utilizzando i metodi standard disponibili in MT4 e MQL4.Ignored
Disliked{quote} You are not being precise. Normally you shouldn't need to force refresh, because this can have negative effects on some indicators, and some may even not work correctly. Also when using EA this idea is very bad, because it can disrupt the algorithm. The method used to force refresh a chart is by switching timeframes. So, the code forces the switch to another Tf and back to the Tf that was previously. This causes every indicator and EA on the chart to start over from the initialization function. If you are having a refresh problem, you should...Ignored
Disliked{quote} For the fun of it I reversed the logic to buy going up and sell heading down and to me it looks much more promising. I also changed the stupid ObjectsDeleteAll() to ObjectDelete() so you don't lose everything on the chart each time you adjust or load it. Below I'm posting v(1) and v(2). v(2) has the reversed buy/sell logic, (1) has the original logic. {file} {file}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Yes, there are differences between different broker's quotations, in the sense that one broker can be lagging, and that's a form of arbitrage. However, any broker will quickly realise that someone is stealing money from that broker, and you won't be able to cash your profits. Additionally you would have to scan many brokers' quotations. Anyways, this is illegal.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Yes, you're definitely right. Despite this, I am looking for an indicator that will allow me to reload the chart as if I had clicked on the template name. Everything I have on the chart will load again. I am aware of the situation that follows. I have a high resolution and clicking on the template name is a bit difficult. If I had a larger button with the name of the template I want to reload, it would make things easier. A big button, I click when I need to. I understand your message and thank you very much for your clarification. Bardzo...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Teraz zrozumiałem! The template file must be saved in MQL4/Files folder. Unfortunately MT4 does not provide any options to load a template from the "templates" folder. Input the template name without the .tpl extension. Remember to save this indicator in your template!!! {file}Ignored
