It is impossible to tell from the picture why Mrezoot's trade got closed, but the most likely explanation is to do with the AO.
There is no way that I know of reading the indi's colour as displayed on the screen. To code a simulation, I compare the current value with that at the close of the previous candle. From the picture, we can see that AO has not changed much recently. If its value at the start of the new candle was higher that at the close of the previous, however briefly, the the robot will have decided there was a colour change and closed the trade.
It might be that we need a buffer zone of a few points before the robot decides that the indi's colour really has changed. We shall see.
