DislikedI'm still favouring an upward break but I'll wait for confirmation. I suppose we'll have to wait until US open or even until after the news.Ignored

DislikedI dont have a SL, I got a long hedging position.. I will release the long when the price breaks the current support level.Ignored
DislikedThe pair is indecisive right now, just like GU... Still bear-biased, but indecisive. I think people just play save, waiting for breakout to occur...Or maybe, they will play the fundamental part (US news on due)...
If it so, let's look at it technically...Ignored
DislikedMake sure you have your stop losses firmly set.. there's a lot of chatter about a possible US recession looking likely.. so Feds might just do an unexpected rate cut - you never know. I always keep my news monitor turned on from 5 am PST onwards..Ignored
DislikedIf Fed will cut, it is unlikely they would do it before the meeting.Ignored
DislikedDon't worry about the news so much. It's a lagging indicator.
Remember, it's all in the charts!Ignored

DislikedYes, and when the feds cut the lending rates to the banks a few weeks ago at 5.15 am PST.. I was the only one who went long based on that.. got some massive pips and everyone else got stopped out. I still remember that precise moment the news feed popped up.. took me by surprise.. hell, took everyone by surprise.
I'm just saying - keep an eye out. I would think charts are lagging.. I remember before the Bush/Bernanke speech everyone was going long based on charts.. that's all good.. but when both came out not really supporting lenders.. the pair tanked a good 200 pips. I always have my charts open.. and the news feed open.Ignored
