DislikedThis popped up in my inbox today. The link is below. There is some coding to the indicator. Is this able to be coded into MT4? I've got no idea how to...
It may be something new... An edge maybe?
Anyhow..

Value1=0.1*(RSI(5)-50);
Value2=WMA(Value1,9);
ifish=(exp(2*Value2)-1)/(exp(2*Value2)+1);
Plot(ifish,"Inverse Fisher Transform",colorBlue,1);
Plot(0.5,"",colorBrightGreen,1);
Plot(-0.5,"",colorRed,1);

DislikedHi. Just a thought.
A few posters recently have re-affirmed the benifets of refering to the 1M time frame whilst on the 5M for better scalping entries.
Is there any way to add another indicator window to the existing template to show the 1M red and blue Lags whilst vieving the 5M time frame?
Would that be of any assistance?
Maybe it's already been thought of on an earlier post ...and disregarded for various reasons.

DislikedChandra hi.
I must admit I have tried your Lag3 ASC1 back in late Nov I think it was.
Only having just a bare grasp on Imrans technique back then, I couldn't see the benifit of what you have programmed. But now after watching the charts up until now, I can appreciate what you have done.
The stepped (jaggered) look of the 5M lag, Is that normal? A consequence of viewing it on a lower timeframe?

This does same work as Lag with gamma 0.60 setting. I have highlighted the entries for long and short as per the authors on the website, seems decent stuff but need to be careful when price is ranging.

DislikedA momentum 1 or 2 of the IFT might have a good chance,too.
Signal = zero line.
How about testing it??
Would love to see the result
BTW: how does IFT perform intra day - short term??
