Disliked{quote} I'm feeling some of your pain, last week I was on fire, this week I'm at break even and it's both frustrating and encouraging watching hal7 destroy it.Ignored
Disliked{image} I love trades like this. I got in this CA northbound nearly 12 hrs ago. +72 pips later I forgot to put my trailing stop on this one which probably explains why it got to +72. I just put a 60 trailer on it to see how far it may go. Often traders will fade these moves as the day draw to a close and often you can get some pips on the way back. But I have also seen some of these pause and then take off again in Tokyo and beyond.Ignored
DislikedWon 5 Trades Lost 2 Trades for the day. Came out alive but it seems it broke even because of broker fees and variations of SL's from current price. I'm using a 3 Pip above/below Hi/Low as an SL; however price can be close or far from that SL, so some trades overall would be 5pip SL or even sometimes 12pip SL The R:R really gets screwy with this in my eyes, even though the percentages of wins to losses with this 1-2-3 system have a great edge. Anyone have a good idea to balance each trade to the same Risk Dollar/Percentage amount as it is in relation...Ignored

Disliked{quote} Hi FK. Again, it's possible to use a trade manager set for you required max dollar risk. You then set the pip sl and the manager sets your lot size. Would that work for you?Ignored
Disliked{quote} YES! i could've have said it better lol how do i make this happen? I did search the tech platform like you mentioned to lawnman. cavemanager, and others but didn't find the appropriate one. Can you nudge me towards one that does exactly what you said?Ignored
Disliked{quote} Sorry, I'm not being deliberately evasive. I use a spread-betting broker here in the UK and this is their standard way of entering and running trades. However I have definitely come across a couple of these for MT4 in FF but where exactly is a bit vague, memory-wise. I do have a folder containing what seems like 10-million indicators from over the years and I will try and have a look over the weekend and see if I have something in there, or if I can remember where I saw those other ones I mentioned.Ignored
Disliked{quote} I don't normally trade Fridays much (if at all). If I do, I'll run the morning of the UK session and possibly the US Open absolute maximum. Things can get funky on Fridays.Ignored
