Hello FF,
please test the provided EA carefully, before you apply it on a live account it might contain some minor bugs im not aware of. Anyway im not responsible in case of any losses.
It is designed to trade bullish / bearish hammer bars, i tested it on 1h timeframe only so far but basically all timeframes should work, after a optimization this is what the robot came up with at a spread of 20pipettes:
It has a low win rate but risk reward in this set is round about 1 : 2.67.
If you find some improvements for let me know for further developing. The Profitlock is a pip based invisible trailingstop all other inputs are self declaring, check your brokers minimum steps, they might not like it.
Have fun, but remember its not a race to riches its a walk to wealth.
Edit: so what are the inputs?
Magic: is the uniqe magic number of the orders if you let the EA run on different TF of the same currency make sure you set different Magic numbers.
MaxSpread: If the Spread is bigger than this Value, no Order will be placed in the market.
Start_Lot: Lot Size of the order.
SL: Stoploss
TP: Takeprofit
Countertrigger: Open buy orders will be closed if a sell trigger appears and vice versa. This option overrules the TP and SL settings.
TailsST: Trailingstop - 0 = disabled; any other value will activate the trailingstop by the entered value opf pips
Starthour: EA should trade from to Stophour: based on the broker time.
Profitlockstart: this option is a pip based invisible StopLoss - it draws a red line just for user information but is stealth to the broker by design.
A Value of 20 pips means the EA will place a stealth stop a profitlock of 10pips, if the Bid price is 20pip away from break even.
Profitlock: true enables the profit lock.
