DislikedAs for 226.32, I dont see how they came up with that number. They are probably using some discretion. I use IBFX as well. and 226.42 is whats the actual upper limit on my charts.Ignored
DislikedIf you're using IBFX and 226.42 is the upper limit on your charts, you're looking a bar too late.
226.42 was the high of the 0200 bar. You should stop looking at the completion of the 0100 bar, which ends at 01:59. The high of the 0100 bar was 226.31.Ignored
DislikedSo, the Range needs to be between 17 and 1 for IBFX? I'll fix that on my settings.Ignored
DislikedI am on fxdd. today i lost data from 04:00 to 06:00 on the 1 hour chart on at least 4 pairs that i am following. Did anyone else have this experience? I would be interested in knowing what happened if anyone knows.

DislikedHi Everyone,
I have read the whole thread - Thank you to Nico, for your hard work and your generousity; Bill for your willingness to help others, and your patience; and all other voices for their contributions.
To Nico, Billbss, Howard, and the other pioneers:
Some time ago, FX-Auto posted backtests that show 2005 and 2006 as losing years. 2007 has proven to be a winning year. Several voices here have expressed concern about the older results, and Billbss has responded with his belief that more recent backtesting results are all he concerns himself with. The idea was that markets do change, and so we should only concern ourselves with recent past performance. Fair enough.
Question 1: Since the markets changed at some point, and this system went from a loser to a winner, would you agree that the markets will change again, and it will go from a winner to a loser at some point?
Question 2: How will you know when that is happening?
Thanks for your best efforts to respond. I am likely to begin trading this idea, and knowing 'when to say when' is the only thing that worries me.
Big pips to all,

DislikedHi Saaedb,
The EA opened a buy order yesterday (day range 0-7) after 8 which is fine, Set and forget = true however this opened buy order is still open (currently -46 pips) and it is after the close end candle time which I set to 23.00 so should this order close at that time? or will this remain open no matter what until either TP or SL is hit?Ignored
DislikedHello Everyone! Thanks Nico for sharing your system with us, I have started using it this week, I like the simplicity of it and the results.
A question please for anyone who has used this system for awhile. What is the recommended time to place the orders? GY moves a lot around 8~9GMT (London open) but the last couple of days the high/low has been right at 0200GMT. Do you recommend to open the orders @ 0200GMT or wait till London open?
Apologies if this question has been answered before, I read the whole post and my brain is a bit numb at the moment.
Thanks in advance!Ignored
