DislikedDudes - I have a pointless question
Is it Chinkou or Chikou - Metatrader says Chinkou with an N and most sites say this as well.Ignored

I use your ks lines indicator 1 hour horizontal line for stop loss.
I find it a bit repainting
how you get those values for 1 hour ? how to draw those lines manually ?
BTW : I made 300 ++ pips from Thursday 10 pm EST to 6 am EST Friday on 6 pairsIgnored

So, I'm driving down the highway yesterday and I see this oddly shaped cloud ahead with a flat bottom that kind of tapered down on the right side into a pinch, with a bit of a color change. I couldn't help but wonder if we might be seeing a small reversal and may be in for a little rain.Ignored
DislikedHi Giny,
Here is The IchimokouWiki.pdf that goes into using the C-Span as S & R.
It was posted early in the thread. Have you read the thread? I like your premise though.Ignored
DislikedYou say "equilibrium is support in a trend" this is wrong, support is support in a trend. When the two zones converge, you are talking about high expectancy trade (as I already said twice), you can even just use S/R without equilibrium but you cannot use equilibrium without S/R (unless you don't care about the outcome).
Using horizontal lines from Chinkou span has been explained a hundred times in this thread already. I am surprised you are willing to put so much work into your concept without even understanding the lines on your chart.

"Price equilibrium is expressed even more accurately in the kijun sen than in the tenkan sen, given the longer
period of time it considers. Thus, the kijun sen can be relied upon as a significant level of price
support and resistance"
However, I completely agree with you that S/R plus Equilibrium will give you a trade of high expectancy. I am working the use of the C-Span for S & R into my trading strategy .
I hope you have had a great weekend. There's nothing more I enjoy than constructive discussions, and I appreciate the fact that you speak your mind as I am sure you appreciate that I ask a question when something is not clear to me .
To the newbies reading this thread, read over the IchimokuWiki a few times before asking a question as you will find most of your answers in there. If you do not find your answer, then feel free to ask anything as there are many experienced traders in here who are very generous with sharing their wisdom .
Here is to a week of many green pips!

DislikedHi Mate,
No problems, post the news coming out did you see the genuine chaos that ensued?
The E/U isn't sure if it is Arthur or Martha at the moment. Goes to show the impact that institutional money can have when it comes flooding back in.
I was holding a U/CHF short from yesterday morning which I closed out up 50pips at 1.0396 earlier this morning. I set myself a fixed TP on this trade because I knew NFP was coming today.
Now I look at the chart and see what would have been over a 100pip move had I stayed in but what can you do? This way...Ignored

DislikedChinkou is a typo that someone in the past commited and included it in the metatrader indicator, and people kept perpetuating that error over and over since then. most of the articles about ichimoku have it correctly spelled, "Chikou", especially the main references on this subject: ichimokuwiki and Nicole Elliott's book.Ignored
