DislikedYour right, as I said I have one trading model which I developed (don't use it now, but still profitable to use it though) However, this trading model is a reversal from how I killed my first account... extreme risk/reward...
These days I find it annoying and mentally disturbing to trade such a way, I settle for a lower risk reward and set & forget...Ignored
DislikedThanks, yeah i've traded stocks before and started learnng FX about a yr ago, trading in my free time. I'm considering going FT some time next year so just testing the water at the moment. I trade mainly off price action/ S/R off 5 min charts. Looking to consistently achieve an average of +20 per day before I consider going full time.Ignored

DislikedThat up move surprised me...at least i took some profit on the way down...and i'm still keeping a short.
Such a big up move without vol is weird. I will wait at least another hour to see if i should cut the short.
I keep forgetting its friday freak show...another hit and run day...Ignored

DislikedSame here, been trading stocks for several years and most of my income comes from stocks (not intra),
started with FX some time ago and I am still not consistent enough that I will shove more in to Oanda
It's interesting because the problems I have in FX I don't have to think about in the stock market as in that stocks can be way more forgiving and you have volume control...
Forex as a more "blind" market makes it harder but def. very interesting
However, keep up the good workIgnored

Dislikedyou are talking bullshit here. german media are full of the agreements.Ignored
DislikedI find using tick volume and tick chart eliminates the blindness you talk of.
Have it calculating per tick so you see the volume bar growing it certainly makes it more like stock trading to me .
I didnt use volume when i first started fx ,because i was told it was not real , but i can tell you with a broker like mbtrading its certainly real enough to help me.Ignored
Dislikedha ha very similar indeed! I've found that simplifying things and concentrating on naked price action instead of confusing myself with numerous lagging indicators has really helped me, detremined to achieve consistency and go F/T all the best with your trading.Ignored
DislikedPost some pictures when you get it,
