that sounds fascinating, can you tell me a little more about the meditation technique that you learned? Does it also involve sleeping in short periodic stretches?Ignored
Well i have a full time job which takes i start at 8am end at 6pm then i come back home and trade the asian session from 8.00 in evening (i am in EST NYC ) til sometime 3-4 in morning.
So this was tiring me like anything...till i found this exercise now even if i have slept 2 hours i can still work with DECENT awareness...though i am still tired..
If u ask me i can sum it up .....this exercises makes ur Lungs More efficient and u burn more oxygen in ur body and ur metabolism is high...it has a touch of meditation on it so keeps ur mind calm too...
