DislikedHello everybody!
Here's another CCI-exit on 30M and same on 15M. It's pretty good in these long runs, however I still use tight TP 20-40-? etc. Still working on it. But this seems to work quite nice

DislikedI've got the CCI on all charts now to time manual exits and to compare with the EA exits. "Cum" CCI is a few pips better then without. ("Sine")
... Chickenette ...
But I try to catch most of the range between signals. I feel like giving away too much if I shy out after 40 when there are 110.

DislikedCryten: Can you please explain IN A LOT OF DETAILS what that word you mentioned MEANS IN YOUR COUNTRY. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR HELPING MULTICULTURALISMIgnored
DislikedBy the way finnfx thanks for your CCI contributions, keep them coming. I actually use CCI in another system so I'm going to check it outIgnored
DislikedI just discovered something by mistake, which could be used when stop losses get hit.
I had just gotten stopped out of a short (cadjpy) taken not even 30 mins before (20 pip sl), and the price resumed in the right direction. So now, the price is even better etc., but the bot won’t re-enter. I could have re-entered manually but then the bot wouldn’t know this since it was done “behind its back” and then it wouldn’t follow accordingly.
I checked for the mq4 we were just discussing, saved it in the right directory, shut down MT4, got it up running again, and BAMMO instant trade short cadjpy better price and being managed by the bots!
Of course, that’s while we wait for better exit management, since this can ALSO create the problems mentioned earlier (when turning on MT4 after some time, it takes “old” signals)Ignored
DislikedUp to now, my autobots have had 9 casualties, but these are "natural deaths" since I don't interfere so that's really the bots on their own doing their thing with whatever behaviour the pairs have had up to now.
This can give us an early idea of the overall level of stop losses encountered "naturally" by the system. In this sample, however, gbpjpy is not present, as it has only been profitable lol and I'm sure we couldn't really include it as it has a life of its own.Ignored
DislikedIf you compare these numbers with the tests that finnfx posted here #1076, the relative drawdown of this system should be minimal. Feels very good!Ignored
DislikedGot an email and Mikhail will start coding. I will pay him on the 15th and will share it here then.

DislikedWonder if anyone can help me out with this one.
Current open positions are shown below. You see the entry price and the current price and the profit as calculated by MIG/MT4. In the next (highlighted) column I did my own profit calcs and look at the last column which is the difference between what I calculate as profit and what's shown. Anyone have a clue?
I have set no SL or anything else, this is pure autobotting.Ignored

I will pitch in to share some of the coding expense. PM me if you're interested.Ignored
